Our race preparation camps are delivered in partnership with some of the world's leading professional coaches to help you get race ready and peak at the right time, both mentally and physically. Camps are all-inclusive; with luxurious accomodation, food and drink, coaching and coaching support all included. Some camps are open to all, others only open to those qualified or looking to qualify for the GB Age Group Team competing at the European and World Championships.

Attendees will benefit from a series of group, small group and 1-1 sessions, overseen by our coaches, sports scientists and therapists. Physiological assessments, both cardiopulmonary and lactate testing, will help determine your sustainable race thresholds. Technique will be evaluated - optimising bike dynamics, running economy and swim efficiency - with practical advice on the adjustments that will enhance your race performance. A functional strength screen will identify structural weaknesses and mitigate injury risk. And group sessions will prepare you for the particular demands of your race, with course briefings and race tactics also discussed in detail.

You also get to sample the delights of Chateau de la Motte Henry - delicious and nutritious meals, great health & fitness facilities and expansive grounds - your new home-away-from-home. All in the company of like-minded individuals.

Pre-retreat consultations, discussing objectives, training status and injury history

Race simulations and support, including course briefing and race tactics (members of our team will have visited the race venue)

Physiological assessments, including cardio-pulmonary race threshold assessment (using Cardiocoach Pro) and/or lactate threshold testing

Biomechanical assessment of bike dynamics (aerodynamic assessment available), running economy (in race kit, when fresh and stressed oder in differing shoe types), and swim efficiency (in and out of wet suit)

Functional strength screen, assessing possible assymmetries and weaknesses to help identify and mitigate injury risk
