Our unique triathlon clinics bring together some of the UK's leading triathlon coaches, sports scientists and physiotherapists. Our Team provides an environment within which you can take stock and discover how you can become your best.

During this long weekend your swimming, cycling and running technique will be analysed. Your physiological conditioning, neuro-muscular performance and movement biomechanics tested, Any niggles or injury concerns will be assessed and rehabilitation strategies prescribed. And your immediate and future goals will be reviewed.

We will also help you plan your way forward.

Tailored swim-bike-run sessions will show you how to improve both in group and small group sessions and 1-1 classes. Strength and conditioning exercises, prescribed specifically to you, will be demonstrated. And you will enjoy informative seminars, covering the latest thinking in race psychology, personal nutrition and efficient training.

Its not all about the clinic: whilst with us you will be able to sample our delicious meals and home-made snacks, relax in our 7 hectares of grounds and enjoy our great health and fitness facilities. All in the company of like-minded individuals, at our stunning 19th Century Chateau.

You will leave with a clear idea of your improvement pathway, furnished with personalised reports and recommended programs to incorporate into your future training.
