Hosted by Cherese Binedell and Ellie White, this long weekend retreat combines delicious food, twice daily yoga & pilates classes and great excursions to local markets and vineyards. Cherese & Ellie combine their experience as professional dancers with their extensive knowledge to deliver flowing, fun and impactful classes which increase flexibility and strength, whilst calming the mind.

Everything takes place at the wonderful Chateau de la Motte Henry with its inspirational buildings, beautiful parkland grounds and wonderful health and fitness facilities. Relax, refocus and re-energise.

All meals and snacks are provided. We will consult with you and, in conjunction with our nutritionist, will prepare a menu which aims to provide the nutrients to support you, improve your health and enhance your vitality. Each eye-catching meal supports your lifestyle but is also tasty, culinarily rich and exciting. Nutritious, home-made snacks are available for the times in between.


Our Team will help you relax and re-energise. With our flexible pilates program supplemented by optional massage, 1-1 and fitness sessions, all levels are catered for. Excursions are hand-picked to be enjoyable and stimulating but also calming and unhurried.


Individually designed en-suite bedrooms, stunning, renovated grand salons and cosy reading areas inspire and relax whilst staying true to the Chateau's heritage. Tastefully redecorated and furnished with original period antiques we have also balanced the period with the contemporary by displaying original modern art throughout.
