The Sports Dietary Plan includes a variety of healthy foods like salmon, chicken breast, avocado, cherry tomatoes on the vine, assorted nuts, seeds, olive oil, orange halves, red meat, oats, and leafy greens arranged on a white wooden surface.

A ‘taster’ of the delicious food on offer at our retreats. We work with leading nutritionists to develop menus for our retreats which are nutritionally rich, based around locally available produce and naturally delicious. Our menus are designed to seemlessly support your training program on retreat.
