As well as focussed analysis and purposeful training in swim-bike-run, we will explore how S & C, nutrition and psychology impact performance. Finally, Mark will discuss what lessons he learnt from both his losses and successes at Kona.

In 2026, we are delighted to welcome back the legend Mark Allen – 6 x Ironman World Champion, 10 x Nice International Triathlon winner – hosting two retreats at Chateau de la Motte Henry. Mark and our Team will lead 4 and 7 day camps. We will cover all things triathlon and learn from Mark’s modern training methods, as well as his historic battles on the Big Island.
