Important Session Preparation Rules
Attire: Please wear athletic training attire (shorts, t-shirt or sports top) that allows for completely unrestricted joint movement. Avoid baggy clothing so that your skeletal landmarks can be clearly tracked by video and sensors.
Footwear: Bring the primary athletic shoes or footwear you wear most frequently during training or competition.
Physical State: Arrive well-rested and free from acute, severe pain. This screen is designed to assess your normal baseline functional capacities; testing through an active, severe injury can skew baseline symmetry markers.
