Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

The prize consists of one (1) voucher valid for a Group Evolution sports retreat, up to the value of £1,200.
Lower Value Retreats: If the winner selects a retreat priced below £1,200, no cash difference or "change" will be provided. The voucher is for a single-use booking only.
Higher Value Retreats: If the winner selects a retreat priced above £1,200, the prize will be applied as a £1,200 discount against the total cost. The winner is responsible for paying the remaining balance.

Timeframe: This prize is valid exclusively for retreats departing between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027.
Booking Type: The prize is only applicable to scheduled retreats listed on the Group Evolution website. It cannot be used for private bookings, bespoke packages, or non-retreat services.
Exclusivity: This prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, early-bird discounts, or existing referral credits.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
The winner must be 18 years of age or older (or accompanied by a legal guardian at their own expense).
Redemption is subject to availability at the time of booking. We recommend booking early to secure a place on the desired retreat.

By entering the prize draw at the World of Triathlon live event, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
Group Evolution reserves the right to verify the winner's identity and event attendance.
The prize covers the retreat package only (as defined in the specific retreat itinerary); it does not include flights, personal insurance, or travel expenses unless explicitly stated in the retreat description.
