Youth Training Programs


Our Youth programs are tailored for youth athletes (12-18 y.o.a), creating the foundations they need to progress. We
develop their technique, skills, movement capacity and movement competency.

If you have not been previously assessed by our team we will interview you (and responsible adults) by ‘phone / skype and ask you to conduct field tests to establish baselines (there will be a one-off, additional charge of £50).

We will develop a program that is tailored to your age, gender, time constraints and the demands of your sport. The programs will be easy to follow, with video demonstrations of exercises and drills provided, and cover movement capacity and competency development, technical drills and skills acquisition exercises. We will be available to consult with you via e-mail (unlimited) and skype/‘phone (2 x30mins per iteration). This is not a coaching package, but provides many of the benefits at much less cost. We will re-assess the effectiveness of the program every 6-8 weeks and provide a program for each new cycle, given the context of your improvement to date and competitive schedule.
