Specifically tailored training days, incorporating field testing of fitness, technique and skills and practical, enjoyable
ways to evolve your performance.
Targeted days for youth training in partciular skill attributes and sports specific skills. Acquiring skills in a focussed and fun way has been shown to ensure these skills can be deployed under pressure as sportspeople develop. These days are enjoyable and engaging but underpinned with cutting edge sports science. During the day current functional strength, conditioning and movement will be assessed along side helpng to develop sports specific skills. Attendees will be looked after by our CRB checked practioners.
