S & C Assessment

Stop Training in the Dark. Map Your Total Human Capacity.
True physical capability requires two distinct systems working in perfect harmony: your Metabolic Engine (your heart, lungs, and cellular energy production) and your Neuromuscular Chassis (your muscular strength, joint load capacity, and nervous system power). Standard fitness testing isolates one or the other—leaving a massive blind spot in your training. Our Integrated Neuro-Metabolic Strength & Conditioning Assessment is a comprehensive, medical-grade diagnostic that merges both worlds. Tailored completely to your unique life or performance goals — whether that means elite sports competition, heavy multi-day hiking, or preserving pain-free structural longevity for general life — we run you through an uncompromising, multi-system evaluation. Utilizing clinical CPET gas exchange carts, digital handheld dynamometry (HHD), precision weight matrices, and advanced motion sensors, we map your exact physiological conditioning, structural movement competency, muscular load capacities, and raw neuromuscular power. Includes a full metabolic-cardiovascular profile, isolated multi-joint strength diagnostics, and a tailored 12-week programming blueprint.

The Complete Kinetic Blueprint: Merging Physiology with Force
Whether you are trying to shave minutes off a marathon, build the rugged durability required for wilderness trekking, or simply bulletproof your body against age-related joint decline, your training must be governed by data, not guesswork.
If you have a world-class cardiovascular engine (high conditioning) but weak hip stabilizers and poor tendon load capacity (low strength), your body will buckle under stress, leading to joint pain and chronic injury. Conversely, if you possess immense muscular power but a highly inefficient aerobic system, you will burn through your energy reserves within minutes, leaving you exhausted and underperforming. Our premier testing protocol bridges this diagnostic gap. We break your body down into its core physiological and mechanical components to discover exactly how your energy systems and your muscle fibers handle load.
Custom-Tailored to Your Target Destination
We do not believe in generic fitness testing. Before you ever step into the lab, your testing parameters are programmed to match your explicit functional purpose:
The Sport Stream: Optimized for competitive athletes. Focuses on high-velocity power, anaerobic threshold (VT2), peak force generation, and sport-specific running/cycling movement economy.
The Wilderness & Outdoor Stream: Tailored for hikers, mountaineers, and active adventurers. Focuses on incline metabolic efficiency, loaded pack posture, eccentric knee deceleration forces, and structural ankle/hip durability.
The Longevity & Vitality Stream: Formulated for older adults and individuals reclaiming daily physical freedom. Focuses on functional gait symmetry, balance stability metrics, upper/lower limb strength ratios for fall prevention, and zone-specific cardiovascular health.
Pillar 1: Conditioning & Biomechanical Competency
Using a Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test (CPET) on a bike, treadmill, or rowing machine, we continuously analyze the gases you breathe. This tracks your exact cellular health, identifying your ventilatory thresholds (VT1 and VT2) and metabolic efficiency. Simultaneously, motion sensors evaluate your movement lines to ensure your skeleton isn’t wasting energy through inefficient kinetic leaks or poor posture as the heart rate climbs.
Pillar 2: Strength, Neuromuscular Power & Load Capacity
We shift from metabolic endurance to raw force production. Utilizing advanced digital handheld dynamometry (HHD) alongside targeted free-weight matrices, we isolate and measure the exact force production (in kilograms or Newtons) of your primary muscle groups and kinetic chains.
Neuromuscular Power: We measure your explosive recruitment — how fast your brain can signal your muscle fibers to fire.
Tendon & Joint Load Capacity: We analyze isometric and eccentric muscle strength ratios (e.g., your quadriceps-to-hamstring balance). This exposes muscle asymmetries and weak tissues before they present as chronic tendinopathy or structural joint pain.
What Your Comprehensive Data Report Tells Us
Your Energy Ceiling: Your exact aerobic and anaerobic conditioning limits, establishing precise target heart rate zones for your future cardio training.
Your Movement Waste Factor: A look at whether your biomechanics are helping or hurting your energy levels under fatigue.
Isolated Weak Link Identification: Digital dynamometry readouts identifying exactly which muscle groups or tendons lack the force capacity to handle your daily life or sport.
Neuromuscular Efficiency: Insights into whether your performance limits are caused by cardiorespiratory conditioning or a fundamental lack of muscular force and power.
