Train for your next running goal in a truly ‘fairytale’ setting - complete with scenic river routes, focused track sessions, VO2 max or threshold testing, strength training, and energising yoga and mobility work.

When you're not training, unwind in 27 acres of private woodland, swim in the 25-metre outdoor pool, and connect with a community of like minded runners. All meals, drinks, and training snacks are included - just bring your goals, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Impactful Coaching

Nick Bester, head coach of Best Athletics and ADIDAS Runners London Captain, is on a mission to improve and help as many fellow runners as he can. Qualified in gait analysis & personal training as well as running, Nick guides runners both remotely and in person to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.

Set in 27 acres, the gorgeous Chateau de la Motte Henry is a training paradise. Well-equipped gym, stunning 25m heated pool, 1.5km woodchip running trail, treatment room and indoor & outdoor yoga studio.
