Hosted by Helene Brissiet, this long weekend retreat combines delicious food, twice daily yoga and meditation classes and daily excursions. Helene practices two styles of yoga: Hatha Flow, and Vinyasa. These practices increase flexibility and strength of the body, improve breathing and calm the mind.

Everything takes place at the wonderful Chateau de la Motte Henry with its inspirational buildings, beautiful parkland grounds and wonderful health and fitness facilities. Relax, refocus and re-energise.
