New for 2022, running technique coach, movement guru and best selling author, Shane Benzie, comes to our 'fairytale' Chateau to host our Lost Art of Running clinic. Whether you are familiar with Shane's best selling book, 'The Lost Art of Running', his coaching methods, or just interested in honing the way you move, this week will provide unique insights, specifically tailored to you.

You will benefit from 1-1 video and movement sensor analysis of your running, detailed small group training sessions and picturesque daily, ability-based group runs to put what you learn into practice. Morning and evening classes prepare you for the days' activity and aid your recovery.

And, when not training, you can relax in our 27 acres of beautiful woodland grounds, make use of our 25m pool, performance gym and woodland trail, and attend informative seminars with Shane and the team. Relax in the company of like-minded individuals whilst enjoying our nutritious food and drink, with all menus tailored to you, your likes and dislikes.

All meals and snacks are provided. Our eye-catching meals are designed to support your active lifestyle but also to be tasty and excite. Snacks are available for the times in between. And homemade energy bars are available for those longer efforts. Retreat menus are tailored to your dietary requirements and we try to incorporate your favorites in our menu.
