Daily, ability-based, group runs brilliantly complement 1-1 assessment and small group activity on the stunning towpaths, trails and tracks of the Pays de la Loire. Morning and evening stretching classes prepare you for activity and aid your recovery. In the evening relax in our 27 acres of beautiful woodland grounds, attend informative seminars and meet like-minded individuals whilst enjoying our nutritious food and drink.

Our Team combine the latest sports science theory with practical coaching experience of what works for recreational, age group athletes. We evaluate your objectives in detail, assess your current capabilities and future potential and then help you develop a plan for achieving your goals.

Chateau de la Motte Henry is a beautiful, 19th Century Chateau set in over 9 hectares of glorious parkland in the Pays de la Loire. Easy to get to from the UK and mainland Europe, the Chateau is equipped with first class health, fitness and leisure facilities to allow guests to relax and reenergise.
