Our team of elite level coaches, sports scientists and therapists will deliver comprehensive training programs for adults and teens, whatever your level. In the evenings, elite coaches and triathletes will be around to discuss your challenges and guide you to achieving your goals. You are free to join in as much as you want, relax on-site or explore the beautiful local area. Great times!

ELITE LEVEL TRAINING

Our retreats are designed and delivered in partnership with elite athletes and top-level coaches. 1-1 assessments and group training programs are designed to be enjoyable, informative and help you evolve as an athlete.

Enjoy spending time together doing what you love. Teen triathlon program operating alongside adult training, with group technique, assessment and feedback sessions. Rides will bring together parents and teens at appropriate stages to provide a comprehensive, balanced training week for all. Relax together in our beautiful grounds. Woodchip running trail, performance gym, swimming pool, lake and yoga studio for the active. Woodland paths, secluded picnic spots, lakeside decking and a walled garden for relaxation. You need never leave the grounds of the Chateau de la Motte Henry.

THE VENUE

Chateau de la Motte Henry is a beautiful, 19th Century Chateau set in over 9 hectares of glorious parkland in the Pays de la Loire. Easy to get to from the UK and mainland Europe, the Chateau is equipped with first class health, fitness and leisure facilities to allow guests to relax and reenergise. The spacious accommodation remains true to the Chateau’s heritage, updated for modern convenience.
