Join us at our signature Run to Wellness retreat. Refocus your mind and energise your body at our 'fairytale' Chateau in the Pays de la Loire.

Our running program is designed to improve your wellbeing and your fitness on the stunning towpaths, trails and tracks of the Pays de la Loire. The long weekend will incorporate various coached running workouts designed to help you find out more about how to be a stronger, fitter and faster runner. These workouts will be suitable for all abilities.

Our 27 acre estate provides the glorious setting for you to relax, enjoy meditative yoga classes and therapeutic on-site massage, engage in our thought-provoking seminars and socialise with like-minded individuals whilst enjoying nutritious food and drink. Our Run to Wellness breaks are hosted by Liz Yelling. Leave with your mind, body and spirit refreshed.

Under the overall guidance of our running ambassador, Liz Yelling, our Team will provide you with practical, real world advice that is current and impactful. We help you to relax, refocus and achieve your goals. Prior to attending our retreat we spend the time to learn about your objectives, so that we can help you achieve them.

RUN-FUN

Our fully supported, ability-based group runs are designed to be challenging but also enjoyable and inspiring. The glorious trails, tracks and towpaths of the Mayenne and the Pays de la Loire provide a stunning backdrop.

DELICIOUS FOOD

All meals and snacks are provided. Our eye-catching meals are designed to support your active lifestyle but also to be tasty and excite. Snacks are available for the times in between. And homemade energy bars are available for those longer efforts.

Individually designed en-suite bedrooms, stunning renovated sitting rooms and cosy reading areas inspire and relax whilst staying true to the Chateau's heritage.

Our 1-1 consultations will provide you with the tools to benefit from your running, whether your specific objectives are focused mental wellbeing, physical improvement or performance related. Our ability-based running program also enhances your home-based training and provides a fitness boost.

Chateau de la Motte Henry is a beautiful, 19th Century Chateau set in over 9 hectares of glorious parkland in the Pays de la Loire. Easy to get to from the UK and mainland Europe, the Chateau is equipped with first class health, fitness and leisure facilities to allow guests to relax and reenergise. The spacious accommodation remains true to the Chateau’s heritage, updated for modern convenience.
