Our programs are designed by experienced, degree qualified, sports scientists. If you have not been assessed by our team we will interview you by ‘phone or skype and ask you to conduct some field tests to establish a baseline (there will be a one-off, additional charge of £50).

We will develop a comprehensive training program that fits in with your objectives and personal constraints. This will cover musculoskeletal and neuromuscular development, cardio-respiratory conditioning and relevant technical and skills training in your discipline. We will consult with you on the effectiveness of the program by e-mail (unlimited) and skype / ‘phone (60 mins per training cycle). This is not a coaching package, but provides many of the benefits at much less cost. We will re-assess the effectiveness of the program every 8-12 weeks and provide a program for each new cycle, given the context of your improvement to date and competitive schedule.
