Our dietary plan is based around you and your physiology. We analyse you and your family’s existing dietary habits through a combination of questionnaire, nutrition diary and interview (skype, phone or in person). If you do not have baseline physiological data we conduct body composition, sweat, RMR and VO2Max tests (at a significantly discounted rate of £100 pp).

From this data we build a dietary plan for your daily life, your training and your competition. This provides a sample weekly meal schedule, sample recipes, cooking tips and shopping/sourcing advice. We also give you access to our Diet Evolution resources (recipes, food blogs, preferred suppliers list). Supplementation guidance for each family member is also offered. Finally, a training and competition specific nutrition strategy is provided.
