Group Evolution supports a sports related or local charity each year and then organises a couple of events for
members and non-members, the profits of which go entirely to the charity.
Description
Our social events allow attendees to meet like-minded individuals in a relaxing environment.
All profits from the socials go to the chosen charity for the year, which in 2018 is St RaphaelÂ’s Hospice. Since April 1987, St Raphael’s has offered Hospice care to people with life-limiting illness living in the boroughs of Merton and Sutton (predominantly Wimbledon, Merton, Sutton and Cheam). The service is completely free of charge, and provides high quality medical and nursing interventions, as well as support to family and friends. The Hospice fully recognises and respects cultural, ethnic and religious differences and patients of all faiths or none, are welcome at St RaphaelÂ’s.
