Our degree qualified practitioners use research proven, specialised testing equipment, normally only provided in elite sports performance laboratories.
Our supporting cardiovascular and resistance equipment is selected for its reliability, robustness and exercise flexibility.
Wimbledon
The home of Performance Evolution, our Wimbledon facility is located close to Wimbledon Village and a short bus ride or walk from Wimbledon station.
This start-of-the-art performance and rehabilitation facility includes: a Life Fitness equipped running studio with video analysis, CardioCoach CO2 and Tekscan pressure-mapping equipment; ‘endless’ swim technique video analysis and training with Fastlane propulsion and rehabilitation treadmill; ICG and Wattbike equipped cycling technique studio; personal training gym for developing functional strength, explosive power and dynamic movement; and 2 assessment, therapy and treatment rooms.
Associated changing and showering facilities are provided. Our lab is designed for, specialised and bespoke, individual and small group testing, training and rehabilitation.
KINGSTON
Conveniently located near the A3, our home-based facilities are practical and luxurious. Perfect for initial testing, biomechanical assessment, and technical training, our studio-style performance gym is supplemented by an indoor swimming facility. The pool is equipped with Fastlane pool, facilitating video analysis and coaching of swim technique.
Strength and conditioning assessment, including physiological testing using the CardioCoach CO2 platform, is conducted in the gym.
Technical analysis of cycling technique and running and walking gait is also available. The gym is equipped with a Wattbike Pro cycling trainer, Life Fitness treadmill and freeweights for these purposes.
Small group (1-5 people) yoga and pilates classes are also available.
ARQUENAY, FRANCE
Chateau de la Motte Henry, near Laval in France, is the venue for our luxurious sporting retreats and also, in season, provides our services to local sports enthusiasts, ex-pats, holiday makers and retreat goers during and outside our retreat weeks.
The Chateau has a 900ft2 performance facility, including dedicated strength, power, speed and endurance training areas. There is also a 1.5km running track, recovery pool, swimming lake, treatment room and 800ft2 pilates and yoga studio. These facilities are equipped throughout with premium equipment: Life Fitness, ICG, Wattbike, HammerStrength and CardioCoach CO2.
Our coaches are available throughout the season (March until November). The Chateau is conveniently located for Laval, Le Mans and Angers in the Pays de la Loire.
