Delivered in partnership with "the Man" - six time Ironman World Champion and Master Coach, Dave Scott - achieve your potential at one of our 2020 performance clinics.

You will enjoy a uniquely personalised experience: Dave will be leading every group and small group session – offering instruction, evaluating your abilities, identifying issues that might be holding you back and diagnosing solutions that will lead to improvement. Before arriving at camp, Dave will call you for a personal consultation to help determine your interests, abilities, strengths and weaknesses.

The clinics will help you train more efficiently, with each session highly targeted, intelligently designed and with a clear purpose. We will also analyse how your nutrition, strength, and biomechanics can be fine-tuned to further enhance your performance.

Your whole experience will take place in and around the stunning Chateau de la Motte Henry estate, conveniently located in the Pays de la Loire, France, and readily accessible from all over Western Europe. Throughout your stay you’ll enjoy fresh healthy meals, be given ample opportunity to relax in the 27 acres of woodland grounds and enjoy the stunning Chateau, its period rooms and extensive health and wellness facilities.

Pre-retreat consultation with Dave Scott
Core retreat training program, including;
  • daily targeted swim-bike-run group sessions
  • continuous technical assessment, including detailed video analysis
  • daily strength and flexibility classes
  • small group strength and conditioning assessments
  • informative seminars
Targeted small group and 1-1 sessions, focusing on areas identified in group
1-1 physiological or biomechanical analysis, conducted by our resident sports scientist. Choose from:
  • VO2 Max or Resting Metabolic Rate assessment
  • Comprehensive running gait analysis, building from anatomical assessment, through basic locomotion, to video analysis
  • Strength and conditioning assessment, either functional movement and readiness for sport assessment or advanced, triathlon specific, analysis

 

3 x restorative yoga and meditation sessions
1 x sports massage, delivered in our on-site treatment room
Secure equipment storage, bike cleaning and basic maintenance service and support vehicle for all activities
Post retreat follow up, including 90 day strength and conditioning programmes and nutritional guidance
7 days accommodation in the 'fairytale' Chateau de la Motte Henry
