Our 1-1 consultations provide you with the tools to optimise your technique, running specific strength and conditioning, nutrition and race strategy. Our group and training runs hone your technique and enhance your home-based training to provide a fitness and technical boost. Taken together our program delivers impactful change.
ALIMENTOS DELICIOSOS
All meals and snacks are provided. Our eye-catching meals are designed to support your active lifestyle but also to be tasty and excite. Snacks are available for the times in between. And homemade energy bars are available for those longer efforts. Retreat menus are tailored to your dietary requirements and we try to incorporate your favorites in our menu.
