Event Specific Plan
These easy to follow nutrition plans are specific to competitive events, to you and your physiology.
Our event specific dietary plan is based around you and your physiology. We analyse your existing dietary habits through a combination of questionnaire, nutrition diary and interview (skype, phone or in person). If you do not have baseline physiological data we conduct body composition, sweat, RMR and VO2Max tests (at a significantly discounted rate of £150 pp). To tailor your plan we analyse the race in detail: the course and its demands; the likely environmental conditions; the availability of on-course nutrition; race goals.
From all this data we build your nutrition strategy. This provides a detailed schedule for race day with guidance on pre-race, in-race and post race nutrition, hydration and supplementation. It is tailored to you, your physiology and your event.
