Particularly suited to those targeting specific endurance events, this personalised nutrition plan is tailored to your
physiology and your nutritional habits. It provides a dietary plan for race weeks and a race nutrition strategy.
Our dietary plan is based around you and your physiology. We analyse your existing dietary habits through a combination of questionnaire, nutrition diary and interview (skype, phone or in person). If you do not have baseline physiological data we conduct body composition, sweat, RMR and VO2Max tests (at a significantly discounted rate of £150 pp).
From this data we build a dietary plan, specific to race week. This provides a sample nutritional schedule, sample recipes, cooking tips and shopping/sourcing advice. Supplementation guidance is also offered. Finally, a specific nutrition and hydration strategy for the race itself is provided.
