*Affiliated program is subject to our standard terms and conditions. Group Evolution’s affiliation program provides exclusive offers to our affiliated clubs and their members. It costs nothing for the clubs themselves to join. The affiliation program is open to triathlon, running and cycling clubs that are affiliated to their national governing bodies. It is also open to other sports and leisure clubs, pilates, yoga and wellness centres, gyms and fitness facilities, at our discretion. Contact us via the homepage to add value for your members.

Group Evolution Retreats operates a series of premium, luxury retreats from the Chateau de la Motte Henry in the Pays de la Loire, France. Our co-founders are the proud owners of this spectacular nineteenth century Chateau, set within over 9 hectares of picturesque woodland grounds.

We see our affiliated clubs as trusted partners and look to you to support us where possible. We understand that most clubs are run by volunteers, who have limited time. And we respect the independent culture of most clubs. Therefore, we simply look for the following from our affiliates:

Distribution of 2 key social media communications per year, being the launch of our retreat calendar and a tailored communication covering the specific retreats most relevant to your members.
Your consent to the promotion of our partnership on our website and social media platforms.
Distribution of up to 3 further social media communications, the content of which will be agreed by you and us.
